Beacon Telecom is a Massachusetts Statewide Contract Holder under the ITT46 Statewide Contract for Managed Services.  Under this contract, Beacon Telecom joins a select group of approved vendors entrusted with providing services to the various state agencies in Massachusetts. As a Massachusetts Statewide Contract Holder, we can offer a multitude of Managed Services, IT Security Products and Connectivity offerings to the Commonwealth.

Beacon Telecom is approved to provide Category 4 services, which includes a wide array of Managed Services such as Firewall & Load Balancers, VPN & Security services and even SDWAN products—services which have gained widespread adoption in the IT arena.

Our services can be accessed using OSD’s COMMBUYS platform (COMMBUYS).

Avaya Federal GSA Schedule

MHEC F05 Technology Contract

Beacon Telecom is part of the network of approved vendors on the Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium (MHEC) F05 Technology Contract.

This F05 Technology Contract allows Beacon Telecom to offer a wide spectrum of services and technology equipment to the members of the MHEC.

This MHEC is the premier purchasing consortium for New England educational organizations, due to their assurance in providing product and service depth, quality vendors, exceptional choices, terms, and cost avoidance.

MHEC membership is currently available to all public and private institutions of higher education, municipalities including elementary and secondary schools and not for profit technical, vocational, charter schools and educational organizations throughout Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Connecticut.

The goal of the MHEC is help all members achieve cost savings by creating administrative efficiencies, aggregating spending volume, and negotiating highly competitive contracts.
